Leidos National Security Sector has an opening for a Provisioning Analyst.

This candidate will be responsible for performing system fault analysis, life cycle maintenance and integrated product support (IPS) of major systems. Duties include front end analysis to determine initial fielding requirements (e.g., Functional Analysis, Physical Analysis, LORA, Provisioning, Task Analysis, and Sparing Predictions) all of which are entered into a Logistics Management Information (LMI) Database, using the data architecture established in the GEIA-0007C; resulting in Logistics Support Analyses Reports that satisfy CDRL deliverables.

IMPACT: Works independently to achieve day-to-day objectives with significant impact on operational results or project deliverables. Responsible for entire projects or processes within a professional area. Typically responsible for coaching and reviewing the work of lower level professionals.

COMPLEXITY: Problems are unclear and may require understanding of a broader set of issues, and may be difficult. Develops solutions to problems and issues that are unclear and require thorough analyses and understanding of domain knowledge.

COMMUNICATION: Communicates with internal and client project team members. Works to influence team members regarding solution design, process and/or approaches.

KNOWLEDGE: Has full understanding of concepts, principles and industry practices within own discipline. Has deep understanding of industry practices and standards.

This position is an exciting opportunity to support the Indirect Fire Protection Capability Program. See below for the primary responsibilities.

  • Facilitating the development of logistics support plans, product support analyses, product support data, and logistics product data summaries.
  • Will facilitate the development and execute provisioning application to military standard-compliant technical manuals and detailed training plans and programs in support of limited fielding and test events.
  • Produce the LCN and PLISN architecture.
  • Develop the following studies: DLA Screen Data, Provisioning Parts List, EDFP, COIEL, BII, RPSTL, IPB's and Packaging Data.
  • Will prepare for and take part in system test planning and execution, verification, and validation events as required.  
  • Will assist in the development of in-process review briefings, review; comment on, and develop logistics related documents, plans and report; draft technical papers; participate in project evaluations; respond to customer inquiries; and ensure product technical quality.
  • Participate in Provisioning Guidance Conference(PGC)
  • The candidate will provide direct support to the Leidos Product Support Lead on all technical logistics efforts, integration with the systems engineering process and team, and attend all scheduled meetings as required.  

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 2-4  years of prior relevant experience; or a Masters Degree and 2 years of prior relevant experience. Additional years of experience can be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Active DoD Secret security clearance of ability to obtain Interim DoD Secret clearance within 180 days after hire date.
  • Direct experience providing ILS for military acquisition programs and programs of record.
  • Knowledge of provisioning data tables (H Tables) in an LMI Database.
  • Understanding of GEIA-0007 and DED requirements.
  • Experience producing LSA Reports (LSAR); LSAR's 030, 032, 036, 080, 151.
  • Experience importing LSAR data sets using Comma Separated Variable (CSV) templates.
  • Ability to understand and interpret Engineering drawings.
  • Ability to create a Top-Down Physical Breakdown of a system, using engineering drawings.
  • Ability to perform logistics analyses for DoD programs.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience working within matrixed teams.

  • DoD Systems Acquisition and Development experience
  • Integrated Logistics Support experience
  • Active DoD Secret security clearance

Pay Range:

Pay Range $52,000.00 - $94,000.00
