We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Safety Supervisor to support our Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) initiatives across facility maintenance and infrastructure projects. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations while fostering a proactive safety culture throughout the organization. The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in occupational safety and health, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with project teams and subcontractors. This is a full-time position with benefits that you can enroll in which includes - Health, Dental, Vision, Short and Long Term Disability, 401k, 11 Paid Holidays, PTO, and Paid Sick Leave. The salary range for this position is $120K to $135K depending on experience.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in occupational safety, health, or environmental programs (facility maintenance or construction environments preferred).
- Safety certifications such as STS required within 6 months of hire; CHST preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety & Health or related field preferred.
- Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with collaboration tools such as Teams and OneDrive helpful.
- Thorough understanding of OSHA regulations and applicable safety standards (NFPA, EPA, ANSI).
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Experience with formal EHS programs (OSHA VPP, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001) preferred.
Compensation Details:
$120,000- $135,000
