The Associate Creative Director will support the in-house creative team to elevate design across the firm. Candidates should bring a strong design foundation and the ability to translate strategic objectives into clear, compelling creative work that strengthens the brand and helps guide its direction. Working closely with the Creative Director, this role helps shape the design system, leads concepting and execution, and provides day-to-day guidance to ensure work is delivered at a high standard.

Responsibilities:

  • Translate strategy into creative direction, leading the concept and development of key projects from idea through delivery.
  • Provide art direction, feedback, and hands-on creative leadership to elevate work across the team.
  • Drive brand and design consistency across print and digital, acting as a steward of visual standards.
  • Support campaign development, concepting omni-channel creative and guiding projects from concept to completion.
  • Partner with the team to turn ideas into fully realized marketing deliverables, contributing directly when needed.
  • Lead the team’s digital-first approach, ensuring work is modern, effective, and scalable.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • 8+ years of experience in a design role
  • 5+ years experience in B2B marketing, ideally professional services marketing
  • Proven ability to use tools and technology to improve creative processes, scale output, and enhance quality.

Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication, including presentations to stakeholders.
  • Advanced design skills across print, digital, and web, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and familiarity with Figma, WordPress, or other design tools.
  • Ability to create or adapt graphics and assets to maintain brand consistency and high-quality output.
  • Hands-on experience managing multiple projects from concept to completion.
  • Skilled at implementing processes, tools, and workflows to improve efficiency and creative output.
  • Comfortable integrating new technologies and platforms to enhance creative work and team capabilities.

Salary Range: $125,000-$155,000 per year

Candidate must be able to submit verification of his/her legal right to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
