Overview
This internship position will provides comprehensive support to IT staff by troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues to maintain reliable and uninterrupted operations. Responsible for ensuring servers remain secure and compliant by applying timely security updates and remediating vulnerabilities as needed. Manages full server lifecycle activities, including deployment, configuration, administration, troubleshooting, and testing, while also improving efficiency through the automation of repetitive and routine tasks.
Conditions of Employment:

The Systems Administrator Intern will:
- Support IT staff in troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues to ensure reliable operations.
- Ensure Servers are up to date on security updates and remediate as required
- Server deployment, configuration, administration, troubleshooting and testing
- Automate repetitive tasks

Additionally, they are required to undergo specific FedRAMP training to ensure compliance with all associated controls and responsibilities in the day-to-day performance of their duties. Individuals with access to modify data and the configuration baseline will require further training.
