Aircraft Integration TechnicianBeacon Hill

This role supports the installation, assembly, and checkout of UAV electrical and electronic systems. The position assists with troubleshooting, diagnostics, cable assembly, and component installation, including switches, controls, and junction boxes. The individual also contributes to UAV integration efforts such as airframe tasks and basic programming support while closely following work instructions to ensure quality and accuracy.

Responsibilities:

· Assist with installing, assembling, and checking out UAV electrical and electronic systems.

· Use hand tools and power tools for assembly and fabrication tasks.

· Support troubleshooting and diagnostics using multimeters, probes, and wiring tools.

· Help with cable assembly, repairs, and component installations (switches, controls, junction boxes).

· Contribute to UAV integration work, including fuselage/airframe tasks and basic programming support.

· Follow work instructions and guidance to ensure proper assembly.
