Essential Duties and responsibilities
- Receive, Unload and Stage Incoming products for Customer Projects.
- Coordinate and arrange any outbound shipments.
- Responsible for resolving shipping problems such as damages, and shortages to each Shipment
- Works daily in the company warehouse management Software for receiving and inventory usage tasks based on established processes.
- Maintains a Safe, Clean and Highly organized warehouse and work environment
- Keeps an accurate Inventory by counting and maintaining that Information in the inventory management software.
- Helps with the management and flow of Staged Project Materials.
- Regular Communication with Sales and Operations Staff
- Handling of Product Returns per company processes
- Manage the Replenishment of Stock and Consumables
- Occasional Delivery of materials to Job Site
- Performs other tasks as required by the management team.
Competencies and Qualifications
- Efficient in Excel, Word and Email Communication
- Must be able to use pallet jacks, forklifts and other delivery equipment or vehicles
- Must have ability to safely lift up to 70lbs without assistance.
- Self-starter / self-motivator requiring minimal supervision.
- Decisive and proactive approach to problem solving.
- High attention to Detail
- Must possess a strong work ethic including dependability and punctuality.
- Team player abilities are essential.
Education and/or Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED
- College or Technical School a plus
- 3-yrs experience in a warehouse setting a plus
