About the role
Forterra’s Finance team is seeking a Corporate Finance Manager to support and execute core financial functions within a fast-scaling, dynamic organization. This role will play a critical part in building and maintaining the company’s corporate financial model, managing forecasting and planning cycles, and delivering high-impact financial analysis to executive leadership and the Board of Directors.
What you'll do
- Own and maintain the consolidated corporate financial model across multiple entities, including forecasting, scenario analysis, and long-range planning.
- Execute annual operating plan and ongoing reforecast cycles, including data aggregation, validation, and variance analysis. Maintain master budget and forecast files and ensure consistency across financial outputs.
- Produce financial analysis and presentation materials for executive leadership, Board of Directors, and investors.
- Build ad-hoc financial models to support strategic, operational, and investment decisions.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and auditable reporting across all FP&A deliverables.
- Partner with business leaders to analyze performance, identify risks and opportunities, and support resource allocation decisions.
- Drive improvements to FP&A processes, model efficiency, and reporting quality.
- Evaluate and support implementation of financial systems, tools, and automation solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in finance
- Must have experience in one of the following: Investment Banking, Management Consulting, Private Equity or experience in operating company FP&A
- Advanced financial modeling skills, including multi-entity consolidations
- Expert-level Excel proficiency and comfort working with large, complex datasets
- Experience preparing materials for executive leadership and boards
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting high-growth or venture-backed companies
- Exposure to investor relations, fundraising, or M&A analysis
- Experience implementing FP&A systems or automation tools
- Background working closely with C-suite executives
US Salary Range
$140,00—$165,000
The salary range for this role is an estimate and is based on a wide variety of compensation factors. The salary offered to candidates will vary based on a variety of factors including (but not limited to) relevant work experience, education, specialized training, critical expertise, training, and more. Equity in Forterra is included in most of our full-time, high-demand roles and is therefore considered part of Forterra’s overall compensation package. In addition to base salary and equity, Forterra offers competitive benefits for full-time employees including:
