Position Summary Information

Job Description Summary:
The Villanova University Endowment Internship will introduce a successful candidate to all facets of the endowment’s investment process. The intern will work on research projects for the endowment staff, create analytical reports on the endowment’s fund managers, and shadow investment manager meetings.
What We Do
  • Villanova University’s $1.5 billion endowment supports scholarships, teaching, research, and student life today and into perpetuity.
  • The Investment Office manages these long-term funds by researching and selecting external investment managers across public equities, hedge funds, private equity, venture capital, real estate, and private credit with the goal of earning long-term returns and prudently managing risk.

Excellent quantitative, interpersonal, analytical, and verbal/written communication skills

  • Strong work ethic and teamwork skills
  • Solid understanding of financial markets and the investment process
  • Strong computer proficiency
