We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive Customer Service Representative / General Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations while delivering high-quality customer service. This dual-role position is essential to maintaining an efficient workplace, supporting internal teams, and ensuring positive interactions with customers and stakeholders.

 Primary Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform general office duties including filing, data entry, scanning, document preparation, and scheduling
  • Maintain and update customer records, databases, and internal systems
  • Schedule meetings and appointments; manage calendars as needed
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and routine reports
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping, record-keeping, and data tracking
  • Provide administrative support to multiple departments as required
  • Support other administrative staff to ensure smooth office operations
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive, empathetic approach
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service activities
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and workflows

Basic Qualifications

  • TS/SCI w/ Poly Clearance is required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or office operations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and standard office equipment
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service and/or administrative role
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems or customer databases
  • Familiarity with SAP or similar enterprise software
  • Experience supporting multiple departments in a fast-paced office environment
  • Positive, patient, and professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
