Amentum is seeking a Program Manager in the Williamsburg area of Virginia. The Program Manager will drive strategic growth and lead critical programs within the Intelligence Community. Key Focus:
- Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key IC customers to understand their needs and position Amentum as a leading solution provider.
- Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing strategic growth plans for the IC customer area, anticipating market changes, and shaping future requirements.
- Operational Leadership: Overseeing the operational functioning and performance of a significant business sector within the IC.
- Profit & Loss Responsibility: Leading the Intelligence group with full P&L accountability.
- Business Development & Growth: Identifying and capitalizing on opportunities within the Intelligence Community by leveraging customer knowledge and relationships.
Essential Job Duties Highlight:
- Leading the Intelligence group with P&L responsibility.
- Cultivating strong customer relationships within the Intelligence Community to understand their needs and drive new business.
- Identifying and proposing Amentum's solutions to meet customer requirements.
- Developing strategies for future market changes and identifying growth opportunities.
- Proactively identifying customer needs and creating white papers to propose Amentum solutions.
- Developing a strategic growth plan for the IC customer area.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (Master's Preferred), ten (10) years of Government contract/subcontract administration, profit/loss responsibility experience, and thorough knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations.
- A Master’s Degree in Business is preferred.
- Active Top Secret security clearance with polygraph.
- 10+ years of experience working within the Intelligence Community customer's organization.
- PMP certification required.
- Strong credibility and a developed network of relevant contacts within the IC.
- Deep understanding of the customer's operations, priorities, and goals, gained through direct experience within their organization.
- Broad understanding of the business environment surrounding the customer's operations and support services.
- Experienced leader with a creative and strategic approach to business development.
- Excellent communication and networking skills.
- Team-builder with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
Compensation Details:
$150,000-$225,000
