You will provide strategic leadership for the finance function across all North American business units and support global operations. You will also establish and drive financial processes, policies, and controls that enhance performance, ensure compliance, and support the company’s growth and profitability objectives in alignment with corporate strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Partners with Chief Operating Officer to own and drive financial performance across the regions
  • Advises North American Regional Leadership Team from a financial perspective on all business matters
  • Reports financial results and analyzes trends in key performance areas, including sales, cost of goods sold, gross profit, operating costs, and working capital
  • Partners with sales, customer service, operations, IT, and other department leaders to assess risk, evaluate alternatives, make and document informed decisions, take action and drive results
  • Drives improved profitability and cash flow through deep understanding of pricing, product costing, expense management, and all other components of our financial statements
  • Leads annual budgeting, financial planning, capital planning, and mid-year forecasting processes, ensuring clarity of assumptions, predictability of results, and alignment with strategic objectives
  • Drives continuous improvement in financial processes to enhance quality and productivity with a focus on standardization, simplification, automation, and modernization across all sites

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of varied and progressive experience in the fields of Finance and Accounting
  • 5+ years in public accounting is strongly preferred
  • 5+ years leading a multi-division, global Finance organization
  • Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in Accounting or Finance is required
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) strongly preferred
  • Demonstrates unwavering integrity and a strong commitment to customer service, quality, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Exceptional communication skills across all levels and functions, both internally and externally
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and support multiple concurrent business initiatives
