You will be responsible for driving operational excellence, organizational effectiveness, and enterprise‑wide transformation globally. This role partners closely with executive leadership, functional heads, and cross‑functional teams to identify improvement opportunities, define future-state capabilities, and implement solutions that strengthen operational efficiency and business scalability.

Responsibilities 

  • Enterprise Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence: Develop and execute a comprehensive Business Transformation strategy aligned with company goals. Implement process optimization methodologies across the organization. Establish performance metrics, dashboards, and governance models to ensure sustained improvement.
  • Customer Order Fulfillment Process Leadership: Own the end‑to‑end Customer Order Fulfillment Process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction. Diagnose operational bottlenecks and redesign workflows to enhance speed, reliability, and scalability. Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, IT, and Sales to streamline cross‑functional handoffs and eliminate defects.
  • Strategic Planning Process Ownership: Support the enterprise Strategic Planning Process, including annual planning cycles, multi‑year roadmaps, and governance in quarterly business reviews. Facilitate executive workshops, develop strategic frameworks, and ensure alignment between strategy, resources, and execution. Track progress on strategic initiatives and provide visibility to the Executive Leadership Team.
  • VMI Solution Development & Deployment: Oversee development, enhancement, and evolution of the company’s Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) solution. Define system requirements, customer value propositions, KPIs, and operational workflows. Partner with IT, Supply Chain, and customer-facing teams to ensure seamless adoption and continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership & Change: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on operational strategy and enterprise transformation. Lead change efforts with clear communication, stakeholder alignment, and training. Cultivate a culture of continuous transformation across all levels of the organization.
  • Performs full range of people-management responsibilities, including interviewing, hiring, disciplinary actions, performance management, compensation decisions, coaching and development.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of direct work experience and 5+ years of supervisory, management or executive experience
  • 5+ years of global experience required
  • Bachelor’s Degree is required; Master’s preferred; other combinations of education and experience may be considered.
  • Sales mindset with sales management background
  • Deployment of CRM system(s) and CRM playbooks
  • Business expertise in ERP systems and scalability
  • Product management experience (i.e. pricing, product mix, promotional activities and profitability)
  • Full M&A experience from due diligence to integration
  • Demonstrated experience related to strategic and operational planning
  • Leads and inspires cross-functional teams to achieve desired outcomes
  • Utilizes project management skills on large scale projects
  • Displays executive presence with strong communication and presentation skills

Travel 

 50% domestic and/or international travel. Valid Driver’s License and/or Insurance is required.
