We’re presenting an exciting opportunity for a Senior E-Commerce & UX Specialist. We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and data-informed digital professional to support the ongoing optimization of our e-commerce experience. This role blends UX design, digital merchandising, and site performance, and will play a key part in shaping how customers discover and interact with our products online.

This role is based out of our West Allis office with an in-office schedule of Tuesday through Thursday and remote flexibility on Monday and Friday.

What Makes This a Great Opportunity?

This role offers the opportunity to directly influence the customer experience on our website. You’ll work on meaningful, highly visible initiatives that improve usability, product discoverability, and conversion. It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys both design thinking and hands-on execution, and wants to make an impact across the business.

You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Merchandising, IT, and Sales/Support, gaining exposure to multiple areas of the organization while helping drive real experience improvements.

Here’s a General Overview of What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Support UX design initiatives using Figma, including wireframes, mockups, and light prototyping

  • Maintain and evolve design systems and UI components

  • Apply usability and accessibility best practices across core e-commerce journeys (browse, search, PDP, checkout)

  • Partner with merchandising and marketing teams to translate business goals into intuitive UX solutions

  • Manage and update site content, product listings, and category pages using CMS and e-commerce platforms

  • Execute digital merchandising strategies, including:

    • Product placement and category organization

    • Cross-sell and up-sell strategies

    • Collection, campaign, and promotional setups

    • Homepage and landing page updates

  • Support on-site merchandising optimization, including:

    • Search and browse improvements

    • Sorting, filtering, and navigation enhancements

    • Seasonal and promotional product updates

  • Support ongoing site enhancements focused on conversion, discoverability, and usability

  • Assist with A/B testing and UX experiments

  • Analyze basic performance metrics (engagement, click-through, conversion) to inform improvements

  • Identify UX opportunities and translate insights into user stories and requirements

  • Work within e-commerce platforms such as Adobe Commerce (Magento), Sitecore, Shopify, BigCommerce, or similar

  • Support personalization and merchandising tools such as Bloomreach, Algolia, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Dynamic Yield, or Contentful

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3-5 years of experience in UX, e-commerce, digital merchandising, digital product, or content-focused roles

  • Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar UX/UI tools

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple updates and priorities

  • Comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a data-informed mindset

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

It Would Also Be Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with e-commerce merchandising concepts (categories, promotions, product hierarchy)

  • Experience working with CMS and e-commerce workflows

  • Experience with personalization, search, or experimentation tools

  • A proactive mindset — someone who brings ideas, asks questions, and looks for ways to improve the experience

  • Experience translating user behavior into actionable UX and merchandising improvements
