We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Program Coordinator to support the planning, implementation, and evaluation of organizational programs. This role works closely with internal teams, vendors, and program stakeholders to ensure smooth operations, effective service delivery, and continuous program improvement. The Program Coordinator will also support service contract management, material procurement, and oversight of cafeteria services.

 Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development, coordination, and execution of program plans, timelines, and schedules
  • Coordinate logistics for program activities, meetings, and events
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for program participants, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor program progress, collect and analyze data, and prepare routine and ad hoc reports
  • Maintain accurate program documentation, records, and compliance files
  • Support budgeting activities, invoicing, and resource allocation
  • Identify, escalate, and help resolve program issues as they arise
  • Support the development and distribution of program-related materials and communications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous program improvement
  • Assist with oversight of cafeteria services to ensure service quality and compliance
  • Manage service contracts, including reviewing agreements, monitoring performance, and coordinating with vendors
  • Order program materials and supplies, track inventory levels, and ensure timely delivery
  • Provide occasional weekend or after-hours support for emergency service needs, as required

Basic Qualifications

  • TS/SCI w/ Poly Clearance is required
  • Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years of relevant experience in program coordination, project management, or administrative support
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related business software
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing budgets, invoices, and financial reporting
  • Familiarity with service contract administration and vendor management
  • Experience with materials procurement and inventory coordination
  • Background in event planning, program evaluation, or performance tracking
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams

Pay Range:

Pay Range $52,000.00 - $94,000.00
